When Seapeak (formerly Teekay shipping) took a lease on the ground floor of 144 Elliot Street, it already occupied the first floor. C2’s fit out design links the two levels with a new feature staircase while providing a subtly nautical-themed reception area, meeting rooms, office space and a staff cafe.
