Union Plaza is a high quality 120,000sq ft office building in the centre of Aberdeen. To meet the evolving needs of the commercial office market in the city, investor Legal & General appointed C2 to design several interior refurbishments in the building. These include a category A refurbishment of part of the ground floor and full fit outs of capsule plug and play office suites on the first and second floors.

We also designed a large, shared collaboration and break out space on the ground floor – opening off a revamped reception. Despite initial scepticism by the occupiers, this communal space is proving to be popular and well used.
