Filshill

Filshill is Scotland’s oldest food and drink wholesaler. With an annual turnover of more than £149m, it has over 1600 cash and carry and delivered goods customers. Taking advantage of its relocation to a new purpose-built distribution centre, the company wanted to update its office workspace to encourage collaborative working and interaction between departments.

Tucked into the huge warehouse building, the 9,320sq ft two-storey office includes both cellular and open plan workspaces, arranged around a generous central kitchen and collaboration zone.

The flexible meeting rooms feature innovative upwards-folding partitions, while acoustically-lined pods provide further space for small, informal meetings.

The colour palette includes a contemporary mix of warm and cool tones, highlighted with flashes of Filshill’s signature red.
