Cala Homes’ brief for its new West of Scotland headquarters was to create a space that would foster teamwork and creativity – and encourage people to return to the office.

C2’s design for the new 5,737sq ft HQ ‒ located in the McLellan Works on Glasgow’s Sauchiehall Street – centres around two key collaboration areas: a multi-configurable, naturally-lit conference room and a kitchen that acts as an informal meeting and break out space.

For quiet working, there are bookable sit/stand desks as well as phone booths and a variety of small meeting rooms, featuring moss walls that improve air quality and absorb noise.
